This is a food and travel blog born of gratitude. I believe the Lord wants us to know the depth of his love. Psalm 34:8 says, "taste and see that the LORD is good and blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him." I have tasted and I know He is good. As I take refuge in Him I am able to really appreciate the good things life has to offer. Whether eating a tasty dish or enjoying a travel destination, the thrill I feel is a chance to give thanks. I just want to share all of the above with you.

Almost to Memphis
Em is driving as we are 30 minutes from a late lunch at Alcinias in Memphis. Food for the soul. Literally...soul food.
